Located in the eastern part of the site, the new park represents the green heart of the entire complex and features a fountain, amphitheatre, flowerbeds and a children's climbing frame in the shape of an aircraft, recalling the exceptional history and genius loci of the Waltrovka Residence. Stretching over almost two hectares, the park provides fun for children and adults alike, boasting a number of impressive play elements and new exterior artefacts. The original vantage points have been preserved offering views of the new Waltrovka locality.
Walking along new park paths amidst thriving greenery and taking a rest at the quiet spots aimed at much needed relaxation enhance the unique atmosphere of this area’s serenity and harmony. There are ample public spaces everywhere as well as much sought after privacy for residents of the new city quarter.
In just a few minutes you can reach the Prague 5 nature parks - Prokop Valley and Vidoule, as well as facilities aimed at sport and relaxation: a golf course in Motol, Motorlet Sports Hall, swimming pool, tennis and squash courts in Cibulka along with the Holmes Place fitness and wellness centre in Smíchov.
