Aviatica

Being the first building of the large Penta development scheme in the Waltrovka locality, Aviatica was right there at the onset of the construction of the new town quarter of Waltrovka in Prague-Jinonice at the end of 2013. Aviatica will offer its future tenants top quality, high standards and excellent facilities. The heavy machinery that once stood in the former Waltrovka plant has been replaced here by timeless office space. The main ambition is to create a pleasant new urban environment for working, living, shopping and leisure time activities.
